Delivery Refunds & Returns

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Our dispatch time is 5 working days; however, we will always work hard to dispatch orders sooner.

​Dispatch time excludes weekends, public holidays and postage time.

​During exceptionally busy periods e.g., Christmas, disptach time may increase.

POSTAGE

All orders are sent standard delivery via Royal Mail Second Class which has a delivery estimate of 3-5 working days.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS

Click & Collect orders are available from the shop based in Royal Wootton Bassett,

Local delivery can be arranged for a small charge to Swindon & Royal Wootton Bassett, please contact us separately to arrange this once you have placed your order.

RETURNS

In the event you need to return an item, please email homecraftcardsandgifts@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

​We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. Items must be returned 'as sold', unused and in original packaging.

​Items being returned must be shipped back to us within 5 days of contacting us. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

​Items that have been used cannot be returned.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom/ personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS​

Our items are packaged as well as possible but inevitably, sometimes they can be damaged in transit. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to help.
